We have quality Angus animals that are processed when they weigh approximately 1,300 lbs. We take the animal to the processor. You pay us for the animal. You pay the processor for the processing. That’s it! Working with the processor, you can determine how thick your steaks are, what cuts you want and how the meat is packaged. Easy, breezy!
