Each quarter beef is $884.00. You should expect to receive 130 lbs. of meat to take home to your family and friends.

You'll pick up your meat that's frozen and vacuum sealed. You will pay the processor at the time of pickup from Teal's Custom Meats in Weatherford, Texas. You'll need 4 cubic feet to hold your beef. Processing should cost approx. $255.

When you purchase a quarter of beef from us you are purchasing an equal share of one half. The processor requires that an entire half be cut the same. You will not have the option of how it gets cut. (You do have cut options with halves and wholes)

Standard cuts included with each quarter:

12-16 Tenderized cutlets (4 per package; 4-6 oz. per cutlet)

2-3 Sirloin steaks (1" thickness; 20-24 oz per steak)

6-8 New York strip steaks (2 per package; 1" thick)

6-8 Filets (6 oz. per steak)

6-8 Bone-In Ribeyes (2 per package; 1" thick)

1 Pike's Roast (3 lb.)

1 Rump Roast (3 lb.)

6-8 Sirloin Tip Steaks (3/4" thick; 2 per package)

1 Brisket (5 lb.)

3-4 Packages of Short Ribs

3-4 Chuck Roasts

1 Skirt Steak

1 Flap Steak

1 Flank Steak

Approx. 50lb of hamburger meat (1 lb. packages)

2-3 soup bones

Animals are all home-raised, are on grass pastures their entire lives, and finished on grain for the last 120 days.
